Yesterday, Alexander Macgillivray, Twitter’s general counsel, wasted little time in speaking out against Google+ being fully baked into Google Search — even before Twitter officially did on the record. Today he’s elaborating a bit. Why doesn’t the ex-Google employee like Search+? This is why:

 Looks like the lines are being drawn. Is it time to call out Bing also? @wwe doesn’t show up until half way down the second page!! Oh the humanity!!

In reality, at least for me, the WWE home page showed up first for both Google and Bing. Second on Bing is social search results as I have my FaceBook connected to my Bing profile. Hmm, sound familiar? 3rd on Bing is Bing Shopping results. Can we say self promotion? 4th for Bing is Wikipedia. And somewhere on the second page is the link for @WWE’s Twitter account.

As for Google, as I said, the WWE Homepage is first. As most know by now, the WWE G+ profile is next. Third is Wikipedia, and Twitter is 4th.
